Exchange/Return Instructions

***Leave a note inside the package with your first and last name and the new sizes you'd like to receive in exchange. 

follow these simple steps to start the exchange/return process...

  1. Neatly place the pieces you would like to exchange in its original clear package (or ziplock baggie if original package is damaged) 

  2. Fill out the USPS Label with your name and address.  *USPS offers free SMALL AND MEDIUM "Priority Mail Boxes" just in case you damaged the original box the bikini came in.  

  3. After you fill out the USPS label, stick it on top to cover the original Shipping Label. This applies only if you re-use the original box it came in. 

  4. Go to your nearest USPS and pay to ship your priority mail Flat rate package. 

  5. Save your Receipt for the tracking number! 

 

For all refunds, they must be returned new within 5 business days. We will refund the full amount minus packaging and shipping costs of $10. We dont charge restocking fees and we dont accept returns on ANY bikinis made to order with any specifications or Custom Made bikinis.
